  3. (c) James McOrmond.  Distribution of these programs with packages other
  4. than JamMail is strictly forbidden without direct permission from the
  5. author.  So far, no other mailer authors have asked for permission to
  6. use any of my support libraries with distributed mailers.

  8. This archive also contains a custom version of the WPL.Library itself.
  9. This library is only to be used with JamMail systems as no other other
  10. has received permission to use it.  Any WPL author wanting to use these
  11. new versions of WPL should contact me.
